One traveller, one bunk, a calendar checked live

The fares, per person, on the 3D2N open trip:

• Sharing Cabin bunk: IDR 3,850,000 (≈ USD 236).
• Superior, two sharing: IDR 5,500,000 (≈ USD 337).
• Deluxe Ocean, two sharing: IDR 7,750,000 (≈ USD 475).
• Master Ocean, two sharing: IDR 8,500,000 (≈ USD 521).
• Master Suite Ocean, two sharing: IDR 9,500,000 (≈ USD 583).

If you want a double cabin alone, single use is quoted in writing before you pay, and you decide before the deposit. The deposit is 50 percent and the balance is due 30 days before sailing.

Beside the seat sit the park package, quoted per trip type and paid with the deposit, drinks beyond free-flow water, tea and coffee, tips and card fees. A card link adds 3 percent and PayPal 7.2 percent.

Caveat: a bunk fare needs other guests to sail with, and the sailing is confirmed only when the seats are sold.

Strangers share it. The four berths are sold separately, so the people in the other bunks are other guests who booked for themselves, and the boat cannot say in advance who they are or how old they are. Families and groups who want to stay together take the cabin whole, or a private cabin.

The cabin has two bunk beds, which means a guest sleeps above or below another. A lower bunk is easier to reach, and we note a preference, but a bunk is not promised until the cabin is full. The bathroom belongs to the cabin and is shared by those four.

The cabin has bunk beds, four single berths, a bathroom and air conditioning; its dimensions are not published. We confirm the cabin mix in writing, and same-gender sharing is not promised.

Five points to have in writing before the deposit. First, the cabin and its price. Second, the date and the pickup point in Labuan Bajo, with the pickup time confirmed in writing. Third, the return time, which we confirm in writing at booking so you can book a flight home for the late afternoon or the next day. Fourth, the park package and what it covers. Fifth, your medical notes and diet, entered on the pre-departure form.

If the operator replaces the boat, the replacement is of equal or higher class on the same date at no extra charge, or you receive a full refund within 2 days. Cancellation by you follows the terms page.

A solo guest carries the same Komodo park ticket rules as anyone else, so bring the passport or ID the registration needs. Hot water in the cabins and wheelchair access are confirmed in writing before payment, so ask us first.

Caveat: the Sharing Cabin is not private, and the bathroom is shared by four.
