Sole charter of the hull, priced per stay
A charter gives a family the whole hull: seven cabins, three decks, the dining deck, the sun deck and the jacuzzi. Because the price is per boat, a party of two pays what a party of sixteen pays. It does not fall when fewer relatives come, and it does not rise for a grandparent who decides to join at the last minute.
The table below gives the 2026 price for each stay and the share per guest for a few party sizes. Every figure is one rounded sum for the boat, and the rates are dated 8 November 2026.
There is no day charter on this site. Every stay includes at least one night aboard: the boat stays at anchor overnight, and the captain picks the anchorage with the weather.

Each extra night adds the same step to the sum: IDR 81,000,000 (≈ USD 4,969) for 2D1N, IDR 162,000,000 (≈ USD 9,939) for 3D2N and IDR 243,000,000 (≈ USD 14,908) for 4D3N. The routes are set out on the three itinerary pages.
A longer stay buys slower days, not more stops per day. Three days is the standard route, and its stops are the fixed ones. Two days is shorter and leaves no spare hour for a rain delay. Four days adds Kanawa, Gili Lawa, Sebayur and Bidadari at an easier pace. The 2D1N and 4D3N routes are examples, and the final order is agreed with the captain.
Day 3, morning: Sebayur or Kanawa for a last snorkel, then the harbour.
For your flights. Pickup is in the morning in Labuan Bajo, so arrive the day before or on an early flight. Book the flight home for the late afternoon or the next day. We confirm the exact return time in writing at booking.
Folded into the sum, and kept outside it
Inside the sum: the boat and the boat's crew, with fuel and taxes folded into the one rounded figure. Three meals a day are inside too, with free-flow water, tea and coffee, snorkel gear, kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. Transfers between a Labuan Bajo hotel or the airport and the harbour complete the list.
Several lines sit outside the sum and are billed beside it. A guide and photo and video documentation are both quoted separately on request. The national park package is quoted per trip type and paid in full with the deposit. A drone permit is quoted on request as well. After that come drinks beyond the free-flow water, tea and coffee, tips, your flights and your own travel insurance.
Payment channels carry their own fee: 3 percent on a card link, 7.2 percent on PayPal and 3 percent on a card machine on departure day.
A guide belongs to the open-trip seat and is not part of a private charter.

Komodo National Park package per guest: 3D2N: IDR 650,000 per foreign guest, IDR 350,000 per Indonesian guest; 4D3N: IDR 750,000 per foreign guest, IDR 350,000 per Indonesian guest. It includes the government entrance ticket, the ranger fee and local levies.
Guest number seventeen
Sixteen guests sleep in the cabins. The seventeenth sleeps on the extra bed in the Master Suite Ocean, a pull-out bed for a third guest in that cabin, and the only extra bed on the boat.
No charter rate for the seventeenth guest is published, so none is printed here; it is quoted on request, in writing, before you pay. Go beyond that, to an eighteenth relative, and the party needs a second boat or a split between the charter and an open-trip sailing.
Families ask about the seventeenth guest more than anything else, because a three-generation party reaches seventeen easily. Count the grandparents, the adults and the children by age. A child aged 0 to 2 travels free, and the full fare starts at age 3. Send us the list and we count the beds in writing.
Replacement hull, or money back
What follows if the boat cannot sail depends on the case. The same guarantee applies to every booking on this site.
- The boat cannot sail on your date: a replacement boat of equal or higher class on the same date, at no extra charge.
- You decline the replacement, or none exists: a full refund within 2 days.
- The replacement is of a lower class: that is not the guarantee. You can decline it and take the full refund within 2 days.
- The harbour authority closes sailing for weather: the captain and the harbour decide, the order of stops can change, and we tell you in writing what follows.
- You cancel: 50 percent back at 60 days or more before sailing, 25 percent at 30 to 59 days, nothing inside 30 days.
Ask for the replacement in writing as soon as you hear of a change, and say whether the party includes a grandparent who needs the main-deck cabin. A replacement boat with a different layout is a decision for the whole family, so we describe its cabins before you accept.
Booking 2027 against the 2026 list
Private rates for 2027 are on request. The 2026 list above is the reference, and a 2027 date can be held with the same deposit. Should the 2027 card differ from the 2026 list, we tell you in writing before your final payment, and you can cancel free of charge.
The open trip runs on its own track. Its 2027 dates are already in the boat's calendar and are confirmed on WhatsApp, as the open-trip page explains.
Holding a date works as it does for any booking: a WhatsApp message with your party's ages, a written quote, then the deposit.
