Opening message: what to include
A good first message is short and carries five facts. With them, the first answer can already name dates and cabins instead of asking for details.
- How many adults, and how many grandparents among them.
- How many children, with each child's age. Ages 0 to 2 travel free and the full fare starts at 3, so the ages change the quote.
- The month, or two months, you are considering.
- Whole boat or one cabin. If you do not know yet, say so.
- Anything about walking, stairs or swimming that we should plan around.

Mobility needs are the one topic to raise before anything else, because the answer can change the cabin we propose and even the stops we suggest. Wheelchair access is not claimed for this boat, and we answer such questions in writing before any payment.

Bookings are taken by PT Komodo Explorer Indonesia, a company registered in Labuan Bajo, East Nusa Tenggara. Its business identification number (NIB) is 1805260128363. The reservation team arranges the dates, writes the quote, collects the payment and sends the pre-departure form.
The boat is run by its own captain and crew. We do not claim to operate the hull. The invoice names one bank account, and a request to pay anywhere else is a reason to message us before you send money.
Opening hours are Daily 08:00–20:00 (WITA). Between those hours a person reads the chat, and outside them the chat waits for the morning.
