Cabin by cabin, what each seat is charged

A seat is priced per person, two sharing a cabin. The Master Suite Ocean is IDR 9,500,000 (≈ USD 583) per person and the Master Ocean IDR 8,500,000 (≈ USD 521). The Deluxe Ocean is IDR 7,750,000 (≈ USD 475) and the Superior IDR 5,500,000 (≈ USD 337). The Sharing Cabin is IDR 3,850,000 (≈ USD 236) per person, per bunk, and that figure, IDR 3,850,000 (≈ USD 236), is the lowest seat.

A third guest in the Master Suite Ocean, on the pull-out extra bed, adds IDR 3,750,000 (≈ USD 230). No other cabin takes a third guest.

Families should read the Sharing Cabin line with care. It has four berths in two bunk beds, and other guests can be placed in the spare ones. A family that wants a cabin to itself does better in a private cabin, or on the whole boat.

All of these figures are 2026 rates, in effect from 22 April 2026. Each is a per-person price for the 3D2N and covers the whole sailing.

Seat contents and seat exclusions

The seat covers meals, with free-flow water, tea and coffee. It also covers snorkel gear, kayaks and stand-up paddle boards, and transfers between a Labuan Bajo hotel or the airport and the harbour. A local guide and photo and video documentation come with it, and Jasa Raharja passenger accident cover is part of the seat.

A seat does not include the national park package. That is paid in full with the deposit, because the park limits visitor numbers. It is quoted per trip type, and we state the figure before you pay.

Also outside the seat: drinks beyond the free-flow water, tea and coffee, tips, flights and your own travel insurance. The payment channel adds its own fee: 3 percent on a card link, 7.2 percent on PayPal, 3 percent on a card machine on departure day.

A private charter works the other way round, since its guide and documentation are quoted separately.

November in dock: the calendar caveat

November 2026 is missing from the sailing list. The boat's calendar marks the whole month as maintenance and docking, so the first listed sailing is Friday, 4 December 2026.

We do not promise any November date. If someone offers you a November sailing elsewhere, ask us, and we confirm in writing whether the boat is sailing.

A family planning around a school holiday should ask about December first. December holds the nearest sailings in the calendar, so the answer comes sooner.

The 2027 sailings as listed today

The 2027 calendar follows the same Friday and Monday pattern, January to December. Three 2027 dates break the pattern, one each in May, June and August, and we leave them out until the boat confirms them.

No 2027 fares are published yet. The 2026 fares above are the reference, and if the 2027 card differs we say so before your final payment, with a free cancellation. The calendar was read on 8 November 2026 and is refreshed whenever the boat updates it. To join the 2027 waitlist, send the week you have in mind on WhatsApp and we write back when the date is confirmed.

Yes, 2027 can be reserved. Open-trip dates follow the Friday and Monday calendar, a private charter can be held for any free date, and we send the 2027 rate on request with the 2026 table as the reference. Date, cabin and total are confirmed in writing before payment.
